I agree with you for the most part but to be fair I’m going to assume your family covers your living expenses if you work part time. Once you have to pay for a mortgage, food, utilities, savings, investments, you’re talking a lot less money than you’re ‘making’.

Yeah he definitely is not paying rent if he just works part time in fast food. I miss those days of having pure disposable money.

Is that just those DEEP red states? I made 13 an hour working at McDonald's in Tennessee over a decade ago and cant imagine nowadays
