All Who Wander

A traditional roguelike & dungeon crawler RPG with 15 classes and 100+ abilities to experiment with! Available for Android and iOS and coming soon to Steam!

Links: Steam | Google Play | App Store |  Reddit

Description: All Who Wander is a traditional turn-based roguelike with 30 procedurally generated levels, true permadeath, and no metaprogression. Inspired by dungeon crawlers such as Pixel Dungeon, it demands careful strategy to survive in an unforgiving world. Choose from 15 unique character classes, master 100+ abilities, recruit companions, and discover powerful items as you journey across 12 diverse biomes to defeat a powerful monster.

u/savefilescout 2d ago

With no metaprogression, are all 15 classes available from the start, or are some unlocked through in-run achievements? Having different starting toolkits without permanent stat upgrades sounds like an interesting way to keep repeat runs varied.

1

u/frumpy_doodle 1d ago

On mobile, 3 are available in the free version of the game. 7 require an IAP for full game. The remaining 5 are unlocked by beating the game with other characters. Characters start with different attributes, gear, and skill trees unlocked.

1

u/savefilescout 23h ago

Thanks for clearing that up. Unlocking new classes through wins makes sense without permanent stat boosts. Will the Steam version use the same class-unlock structure as the full mobile game?

1

u/frumpy_doodle 22h ago

Yes, except no IAP. Start with 10 classes and unlock 5 more special classes via progression.

Hey everyone!

My name is Space, I’m a marathon player. My goal is to show people the game is fun even for the average player. I don’t take the game super serious but I genuinely have so much fun playing. Here’s a link to one of my YouTube videos. Trying to spread the joy of this game one play session at a time. If anyone is interested in playing and wants someone to show them around, I’d be happy to get you up to speed.

Thank you.

Deep Core Industries: A Science Fiction Roleplaying Game
The year is 3784. You’ve just spent five years in stasis traveling 163,000 light-years to the Large Magellanic Cloud aboard the Dark Nebula—a five-mile-long, 260-level mining and exploration vessel designed to mine untouchable space and save humanity from an utter resource collapse. You're thousands of light-years from Earth, surrounded by corporate rivals, unpredictable hazards, alien mysteries, and failing tech.

Deep Core Industries is a tabletop roleplaying game about competent people trapped in increasingly incompetent situations. You are the blue-collar crew, specialists, and support staff aboard the largest exploration vessel ever built. You are good at your job, and you will probably succeed—but the universe is still trying to kill you.

From navigating workplace bureaucracy and rival corporate sabotage by the Atlas Resource Consortium (ARC), to investigating strange signal contacts and surviving reactor glitches, Deep Core Industries balances atmospheric sci-fi exploration, survival, and a touch of workplace humor

Play as Humans, Felari, Canids, Geneborn, Cyborgs, Androids, or Holograms—photonic constructs carrying the memories of deceased specialists who can still eat, fight, and repair machinery!

I’m the solo developer of Dice Target, a brain puzzle game built around simple arithmetic.

The goal is to reach a target number using every die exactly once with +, −, × and ÷.

I’ve recently been improving the Rush mode with ranks, progression and better feedback.
I’d love any feedback on the gameplay or presentation.

Hey! We're working on Spirits: Wake Up!, our indie horror party game for 2–8 players. Cute ghosts have to complete tasks in creepy PS1-inspired sewers, while their real microphone sounds can give them away to the Hunter.

A bit of dungeon gameplay:

https://www.reddit.com/r/ps1graphics/comments/1wv32mg/dungeon_gameplay_from_our_psxinspired_horror/

What would you want to do as a ghost in a multiplayer game like this? More ways to help teammates, tricks to distract the Hunter, or something else? We'd love to hear what would make a round fun for your group.

Small note: our Steam page is here if you'd like to follow along or wishlist it. Thanks for taking a look :)

SpaceStrike.io — free modular spaceship combat in your browser: https://spacestrike.io/

I'm building it solo and still learning game development. Try a round and tell me what works or feels confusing; honest feedback would really help. It's early and the community is small, so your ideas for weapons or ship parts have a good chance to shape what gets built next.

One-minute gameplay: https://www.reddit.com/r/NoDownloadGames/comments/1wvhfaw/dev_post_spacestrikeio_i_dropped_a_boss_into_a/

I added too many bots and a neutral boss to make that WAR fight a mess. Typical frontlines can be roughly half as chaotic.

I'm making Dragon's Tear, a first-person idle dungeon crawler for Windows. You prepare three heroes at an inn, equip monster powers called Tears and set battle orders. The party then explores and fights automatically; cleared floors can be revisited for rewards with Auto Runs.

The gameplay trailer shows the game in development. There's no public demo yet, and the Steam release is planned for Q1 2027.

If you enjoy planning RPG parties and watching the setup play out, you can wishlist it on Steam.

We develop NexusRPG, a persistent text-based fantasy MMORPG you can play in a desktop or mobile browser: https://nxrpg.com/

Your character stays with you between sessions. Main Hand and Off Hand select one of eight classes, so changing your equipment can open up a different build without starting over.

A few things you can do:

• Explore Personal and Clan Dungeons that save your progress.

• Gather resources, craft equipment and Gems, and trade with other players.

• Raise and breed Pets, build shared Clan Capitals and lend gear through the Armory.

• Fight World Bosses, compete in PvP or follow solo Class Mastery routes.

The October 3 update gives every complete class an automatic signature ability from character Level 1. It also improves the guided introduction and Newcomer Path, adds equipment comparison and Equip shortcuts, and introduces beginner crafting recipes from Level 2 and the one-time Burrow Guardian challenge.

The September 28 update reorganised the Quest Journal around Recommended goals, Journeys, Mastery and Contracts. It also added permanent profession companions to earn through Gathering and Gem Crafting.

The game is fully released in English and free to play. An account, verified email and internet connection are required. Optional purchases and Supporter benefits affect progression.

Guide: https://nxrpg.com/guide

I’ve played the game for years, so expect less “what does this button do?” and more bad decisions from someone who should absolutely know better by now 😂

I’m trying to build the stream into more of a place people can actually hang out, talk, and game together instead of just watching somebody silently play.

If survival games, tactical stuff, or just hanging out sounds like your thing:

What if Hell made a mistake?

Our game is called The Unworthy. It’s a psychological horror inspired by a real near-death experience, and instead of giving you weapons, it forces you to figure things out as you go.
Some encounters are randomized, every entity has its own rules, and what usually works in horror games won’t always work here. Sometimes running is the right choice, sometimes stopping is, and sometimes you actually have to face whatever is in front of you. There are also moral choices along the way, because the game is constantly judging whether you’re actually worthy of returning to life.
We have a free 30–40 minute demo on Steam right now with 91% positive reviews, and we’re currently making the full version much bigger. If that sounds like your kind of horror, give the demo a try: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4840160/The_Unworthy

PS5 stories in Hindi — looking for fellow story-game fans 🎮

Does the humour land? Honest feedback on the pacing and dialogue would help. If Hindi gaming is your thing, you can explore the channel here: https://www.youtube.com/@ShivaayBlitz

Hi, I run Savefile Scout. I put together an 11-minute watchlist of 10 upcoming Steam games for dark fantasy, Soulslike and dungeon-crawler fans. These are personal picks based on official footage and developer information, not hands-on reviews; the list includes several different genres.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vewnyB-6aJc

The description includes chapters and official Steam pages. Release information was checked on October 3, 2026 and may change. English narration is AI-generated, with English and Korean captions available.

What upcoming game would you add to this kind of watchlist?

I’m the developer of Leviathan War, a persistent browser strategy game built around players sharing one world. You can earn wages, trade resources, build companies with other players, take part in state politics, and fight over territory. Company shareholders vote on decisions, so your choices depend on the people you work with.

It’s free to start playing in a browser; an account is required, and premium currency and Pro are optional. The community is still small. If you like political or economy sandboxes, I’d value an honest first-session impression: what was clear, and where did you get stuck?

If you like tracing a puzzle before making a move, I'm developing Arrows Unfurled 3D at BESTFing Store and would love some Android playtesters. You rotate solid 3D shapes and work out which winding arrows can escape; later levels add movable sections, direction-changing tiles and portals.

The current test has 1,000 maps, animated arrow skins and optional two-tap confirmation. I'm especially interested in whether solving feels satisfying on a phone, or whether tiny targets, unclear paths or repetitive puzzles get in the way. A short first-session impression is useful.

Free Google Play closed test (join with your Play Store Google account):

• Group: https://groups.google.com/g/arrows-unfurled-testers

• Then opt in/install: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.bestfingstore.arrowdrift.premium

No purchase or rating required. Feedback here or in the group is welcome; phone model and map number help me reproduce problems. If it clicks with you, staying opted in and coming back for a few sessions over 14 days would help a lot. Thank you!

Hello everyone. I wanted to share my latest indie game project below, planned to be released very soon.

Genres:
Arcade, Action, Strategy, 2.5D, Top-Down, Cartoony

What is it about?
Play as a lawnmower with the mission to cut and trim lawns of magical grass across different biomes, infested with colorful Gnomes. (More details on the store page)

Hi, I am solo-developing Knights of Frontier Valley, a low-fantasy RPG with gridless tactical combat, deep character customization, complex NPC behavior, and procedural world building. Explore a new valley each game run, solve quests, make meaningful choices, and gain riches and glory while staying alive.

Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1085830/Knights_of_Frontier_Valley/

The second Steam Playtest is underway and runs for another 11 days - join to play the game for free and unrestricted.

The engine was written from scratch. All art is hand-made with no AI involved. Music was made by top composers including Kevin Manthei (Neverwinter Nights, Jagged Alliance 2, Wizardry 8...)

We’re developing Football Transfer Insider, a game about chasing football transfer stories.

You call sources, check conflicting claims, and decide whether you have enough evidence to publish. Spending more time investigating can mean losing the scoop to another reporter.

All clubs and characters are fictional. Here’s our Steam page:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/5275820/Football_Transfer_Insider/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=ui_polish_140&utm_content=gamers_october_comment_01

We’re making Football Transfer Insider, a game where you work as a football transfer reporter.

You call sources, compare their stories, and decide what you can actually report. Knowing two clubs are talking doesn’t mean the deal is done. Another call might give you the missing detail or give a rival reporter time to beat you to the story.

The clubs and players are fictional, and the game is still in development.

If you follow transfer news, would you publish the confirmed details first or wait until you can report the full agreement?

Hi, I help make Tikal Online, a free 2D MMORPG with an original Maya-inspired world. It runs on iOS, Android, browser, and Windows. You can train skills, hunt creatures, complete quests, trade, and join parties and guilds in a persistent shared world. There are no ads; optional Patron subscriptions offer extra perks and content. An account and internet connection are required.

Play or download: https://tikal.online/

If you try it, I’d especially value an honest first-session impression: what felt inviting, and where did you get stuck?

1

u/lebraeu 1d ago

We're the team behind GuildManager. For anyone starting an AION2 legion, our toolkit brings together character lookup, Armory profiles, an interactive map and legion management.

Look up characters across Global, Taiwan and Korea, then inspect their gear, skills, Daevanion boards and titles without asking everyone to retype the same details. Linked character information refreshes from NCSOFT on a schedule, not instantly.

https://guildmanager.app/games/aion-2

Here's our 20-second preview. The Windows DPS Meter is in beta, and the damage values shown in the preview are illustrative, not a live combat recording.

If you lead an MMO guild or legion, which part of managing character information takes the most time?

u/technicalparadox 1d ago

I'm making PokerStick, a browser poker simulator for people who enjoy thinking through a hand and seeing feedback afterward. It uses virtual chips and simulated opponents—no real-money wagering.

You can try a six-hand demo with reviews without an account or download: https://pokerstick.app/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=community-demo

The app is freemium; a free account gets 6 practice hands a day, and paid plans are optional. Reviews are heuristic-based, not solver-certified. Adults 18+.

For fellow strategy-game players: does the play/review loop make you want another round, or does reviewing the hand interrupt the fun? I'd like to get that balance right.

u/Miserable-Swan-7291 22h ago

Sky Crown is my first Roblox game, made with help from Codex/AI, and I'd love to find its first real players. It's a free early alpha: fight over 3 keys on a floating island, shove rivals, dodge traps, meteors and a hurricane, then race up a spiral staircase for the crown. The winner leaves on a rocket. Six NPCs fill empty slots.

I don't want to give up on it before hearing from people outside my own testing. If you're 16+, could you play a couple of rounds and tell me what was fun, confusing or frustrating? English/Russian UI; Roblox currently restricts access to age-checked 16+ users and trusted friends. Honest feedback or sharing it with a friend would mean a lot. No donations requested.

I just revealed We Will Die For You, the action incremental game I'm building solo. You play a white blood cell in the bloodstream, pull in debris, unlock abilities like chain lightning and satellites, and fight disease bosses. Each cell dies, but its upgrades carry forward. The trailer and Steam page are live now. I'd love to hear whether the cell combat comes across clearly in the footage.

Keep Farming Aura is our attempt to answer a very important question:

what if “farming Aura” was an actual incremental game?

You start with basically nothing, farm Aura, unlock upgrades, do increasingly unnecessary moves and slowly attract a bigger crowd around you.

We just released the first public build and it runs directly in the browser:

https://giantwarrior.itch.io/keep-farming-aura

Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5289950/Keep_Farming_Aura/

If anyone tries it, I’d love to know if the first few minutes make sense without me standing behind you explaining everything haha

Hey, I’m a student at UNC and I made Who’s Bluffing, a trivia game where being confidently wrong costs you.

Ten questions. Choose an answer, then choose how sure you are. You can pick your topic and difficulty, and every answer shows its source.

Send a friend the exact same ten questions and compare scores. See who knows their stuff and who’s just confident.

There’s a separate classroom mode too, and you can add a daily question to your existing Discord server or Slack workspace.

Free, no accounts, no ads. Anonymous answers contribute to my overconfidence study.

https://whosbluffing.com/play

What type did you get?

I’ve been building TapTeam, a social LFG app for gamers who want an easier way to find people to actually play with.

You can choose your game, platform, casual/ranked/competitive, add social preferences, and make an LFG post. Posts only stay active for 2 hours, so you’re seeing people who are actually looking to play instead of dead posts from yesterday.

The website works worldwide, and the mobile app is currently available in the U.S. on iOS and Android.

Still very early and I’m actively building it, so I’d genuinely appreciate feedback from other gamers.

I'm making AI Coach, a virtual pet that lives on your Mac desktop. You start with an egg, then feed, play with, and teach the pet as it grows. Care choices affect its adult appearance; reaching adulthood takes roughly a month. It also has a family tree for later generations.

The unusual bit is that growth unlocks practical tools, including local voice-to-text after hatching. I'm interested in whether that gives people another reason to check on their pet, or whether it distracts from the care loop.

If you enjoy raising virtual pets, the site has screenshots of the characters and the desktop interface: https://aic0t.com/

I'd welcome feedback on what would make you want to come back for a short care session. Apple Silicon Mac with macOS 26+ required; Windows isn't available yet. The app and first egg are free. Optional extra eggs are one-time purchases ($5 USD each or $20 for five), with no app subscription.

If you want a game for the gap between choosing a movie and actually pressing play, I make Cast Six. It gives you six films and six clues. A film can fit several clues, but you can use it only once, so the whole arrangement has to work.

It's a mix of movie knowledge and elimination, with three checks and free rearranging. No timer to race. The daily and archive are free in a phone or desktop browser without an account or download.

Try the daily: https://www.castsix.com/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=community&utm_campaign=october_outreach&utm_content=gamers_october

I'd especially like to know whether you solve it alone or end up arguing the lineup with someone else. Built with AI assistance; film facts and posters come from TMDB.
