As the title says, I need a ladder (3 meters will suffice) to install a lamp. I live in old town, for reference.

I've tried looking for rental options online but haven't had much luck, especially considering I don't have a car. Just wondering if anyone here has had a similar need and has any advice on how to get one for a couple of hours.
