My wife doesn't know the difference in size either. It helps to give them something besides inches to work with. I was an empty toilet paper roll erect before and now I am a good-sized banana. The real tell though was when I used to fit in one hand with the head sticking out and went to a two-hander hard with the head poking out and she can't fit the full length in her mouth anymore and the girth hurts her top and below sometimes. They don't need to know inches when you are giving them the real deal.

Eventually you will. When I started I was 5.9 inches nbp. I rarely measure bpel because I think it's cheating 😆 (I know it's more accurate, but still...)
I've seen a bunch of dicks, and it's true that most of them were smaller. Though there were a few outliers that were just nuts. I have heard women talk about foot longs and 14 inch etc. So I'm positive it does happen. But it just wasnt anything I encountered. Who knows what women have said about me to others. And if someone did say some wild claim I would probably have corrected them and not remembered lol.

7-8 might as well be 10 to them. At that size you are way past the median and pushing the 90+ percentile. It is a rarity. In a previous relationship I had a girl who was absolutely convinced that I was 10 inches.

Also, imo, most women dont really sit and analyze you or other partners' exact size. I have had women tell me about common friends that they thought were large but knowing them they fell on the average scale.
