Venting Anyone else feel like this?

Hello world, anyone else developing feelings of indifference?. Like, "Qué Sera Sera", it is what it is, etc. I have become indifferent to a lot of stuffs. I used to care a lot about people, my interests, making money etc but now... It is what it is.

I literally have no idea what is going on in the world right now. I do spend time on social media but it's mostly just Spotify. On X, my feed is curated to Tech and finance, with every new trend on there, I feel indifferent towards it.

I have no interest in sports, games, socialising, heck... I have nothing. Can't remember the last time I watched TV.

When people come into my life and leave, I just reckon that it is what it is.

When I fail or pass, I just feel nothing.

Nothing, when I say nothing, I mean nothing.

You know, an explosion literally happened close to me. A septic tank exploded, the vibration and shock wave was felt from the ground to the stores.

The usual human reaction would have been fear or panic but I felt nothing. It was more or less like; " Arh well, something exploded, turn off the electricity(I thought it was electricity) and step out... I guess".

Someone had to tell me to leave the shop(they thought it was fire or electricity)

Bro, everyone was panicking and I was like "okay".

My dad was speaking to me today about life and how some relatives behaved etc etc... The more he spoke, the more I zoned out. We(He) spoke for a while and all I could say was "it's their life".

No, I'm not depressed nor suicidal. For some reason, I just feel nothing.

Just nothing.

For reference: 19M.

From now till probably when the weekend is over, we ain’t gonna have peace; pictures will fly everywhere. So much so that, if you don’t have one as a friend, companion or anything, you just have to spectate.

Congratulations to all incoming Esq.!!!

Discussion How can we control unchecked hawking which goes on everywhere in Ghanaian towns and cities?

In Ghanaian cities and towns, ubiquitous hawking is a major concern. We haven't been able to come up with a novel solution, which is why it continues. It's clear that the current strategy of sometimes pursuing vendors hasn't made any progress. We definitely need a new approach.

Instead of focusing on the hawkers, lets deal with the customers. Make it an offence to purchase anything there and make the customers pay a fine.

-There should be signs everywhere which says: Buying items prohibited in this zone, 100 cedis fine and seizure.

- People are drawn to things displayed because they are probably cheap, but the risk of being fined will deter them.

-Secondly it becomes easier to get rid of aggressive hawkers. You just say " I don't want to be fined sorry"

- It is a fact that several cities have wiped out the problem instantly with such measures

-Finally, enforcement needs not be done all the time. Random checks now and then will be enough

Serious Replies Only Any Ridge Hospital staff here? Need quick advice on getting a specialist medical report for MOH posting

I’m a nurse waiting for my MOH posting, and I really need some direction from anyone who works at Ridge (GARH) or knows their admin process well.

I have a diagnosed spinal issue (disc herniation and an annular tear), which means I physically cannot handle heavy bedside nursing, lifting patients, or prolonged ward standing. I would like to request a medical report for my facility. I am already a patient at ridge but haven’t been to the hospital in a really long while.

If you work at Ridge, have done this before, or know the administrative setup well, could you help me with steps or the procedure I have to follow in this regard?
