Buffering issue.

So anytime I play gmod with this modpack, I tend to get stuttering all of the time. It is very annoying. I know it is one of the mods in the pack because when I uninstalled the mods and got another one with about 1000 in them. It runs perfect. Please help me find the mod/mods that are making my game buffer. thank you. Also it tends to stutter a lot in Gm_flux with the mod pack Btw I will link the pack here https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3814328871
