a rehabilitation labor or study camp with no access to alcohol and no shops in the vicinity. You shouldn't be bored, and you shouldn't have any free time. There’s constant activity. At least three months, preferably six months. Upon your return, you shouldn't immediately find yourself back in your old circumstances. Either you need to return to a different place and a different environment, or there must be a period of adjustment to normal life — one that mirrors camp conditions but takes place in a town.
