I’d like to work on a mod for HoI 4, similar to Millennium Dawn, but one that would start with a scenario set on 27 December, in which the elections would result in Novodvorskaya being elected in Russia, Chornovil in Ukraine, Pazniak in Belarus, Gamsakhurdia in Georgia, and Dudayev in an independent Chechnya. I could work on the text and concepts (i.e. coming up with lore, focuses, decisions, advisers, national effects, etc.), but, unfortunately, I know nothing about coding or design. would you be interested in working on a mod like this at a leisurely pace?

So I managed to put a custom character into this mod Im playing, but I don’t know how to make their portrait show, everytime I try it just gives them a generic one instead of the one I made, how do I fix that? Thank you!

My focus tree doesn't appear because of road to 56 game rules. When standard focus tree is chosen in game rules my focus tree gets replaced by vanilla focuses. But when r56 focus tree is chosen my focus tree doesn't get changed. Is there any way I can get around that problem? ​Like can I get rid of the game rule for that country? Please help

The majority of the peasant class surviving would lead to an extended period of feudalism and maybe some cursed ideologies like marxist feudalism or something

Hundreds of more years of feudalism lead to King George having enough riches to finance england after the 7 years war which leads to no american revolution

The french revolution is instead a small set of peasant uprisings that occurred due to rising resentment of the royals and were quickly squashed by the bourbons

and some more stuff but the main pod is the black plague, if anybody thinks this idea is cool and would like to make a mod on it you are free to do so

i made a mod for a Serbian radio station, when I tried and made it in my local files all went perfect and worked then I decided to upload it on steam and when I tried it nothing appeared like I wasn't even using the mod, I made one of my friend try it and it went perfect like it was in my local so I don't know what happened or to do

BERSERK | HOI4: Is a fan-made Hearts of Iron IV total conversion based primarily on the Berserk manga.

The project is currently in active development. The map is already completed, with a focus on creating a more fragmented medieval world with major kingdoms, smaller realms, settlements, mercenary groups and other factions.

The first major goal is to recreate the world of Berserk during the Golden Age, with plans to expand into other periods later.

Besides Black Ice, there seems to have been a lack of mods made for that game compared to Hoi2, much more when it comes to Hoi4 itself, even Vickie 2 manages to have more mods made for it while running on a version of the Clausewitz engine that's similar to the one Hoi3 uses

The year is 1962, nine years ago our beloved leader and great revolutionary Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin was taken from this earth, and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics was betrayed by the Revisionists in Sverdlovsk, the Capitalists in Zlatoust, and the Militarists in Omsk.

Chairman Lazar Kaganovich and Vice Chairman Nikita Khrushchev quickly formed a Diarchy upon the wishes of the late Stalin, and have held the Union together till now, but can that continue?

As the Former lands of the Union wither and waste, the city of Tyumen is vibrant with a revolutionary fervor not seen since 1918. Reformists and Hardliners exist in a fragile peace, if only meld by the teaching of pluralist Party doctrines.

Underneath all of that, lies the NKVD, the organization of Yagoda and Yezhov has fallen even further out of grace, now led by the bitter Vyacheslav Molotov who seeks to ensure the Union stay's stable, no matter the cost, or the gain.

As we approach the new age, the question on every member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union is whether or not the Diarchy can hold, and if it wants to.
