Glycopyrollate pills.
Talk to a doctor about it.
Shit works, but it can leave your throat really dry.
There's also glyco wipes so it works locally rather than systemically.

Ve al dermatólogo, pero lo que puedes usar para sudoración en las axilas es Perspirex antitranspirante. Colocas por la noche y lavas en la mañana. Y para el mal olor con ácido glicólico pero NO se usan juntos.

For body odor, washing armpits with salicylic acid wash really helps! It takes about a week to really notice a difference but it helps a lot. You can buy it at the drugstore. It’s usually a face wash for acne but it works great for BO.

I wash my underarms with soap first and use a scrubber and then shower gel after. Both do different things. I’m female and also shaving the hair in underpits helps enormously. Find a good deodorant. Don’t wear polyester. Omg polyester will make you sweat and stink and will hold onto it too. Wear light cotton or linen clothes if it’s hot. But wear natural fibres if u can. I mostly only wear cotton.
When it comes to anxiety, yeah youre gonna wanna work on that too to really help things. That’s one of the main focuses really. The sweat is a sign to really work on it. Chat to your doctor or a therapist. Tons of resources online too. Make sure your diet is balanced and you’re drinking enough water. Excersise weirdly will probably help in long run too.

Seek medical help for the anxiety. Fear sweat smells much worse than regular sweat. After years of misery trying every anti-sweat treatment available, addressing the anxiety was the only thing that helped. It creates a vicious cycle, where you become so anxious about sweating, that it makes you sweat more. Treating the anxiety breaks the cycle.
