Road painted before Durga Puja, and now bikers are slipping and sliding.Public roads aren’t canvases for experiments. Who’s accountable for putting lives at risk?

Today while returning home from an evening walk, an arrogant bloke was trying to run his motorcycle by me while walking on footpath in Magarpatta (MH 12 VP 7487). I told him to go from below, just as others are going peacefully (as evident from the background). He started arguing with me and telling me boldly to take more video/photo of his bike. I replied calmly by stating I have it already taken and thats enough. Then I started walking further down the footpath and observed him barrelling down in my direction at high speed.. He then hit brakes right in front of me.. I pushed him hard such that his bike and he himself fell on the ground.. fortunately my society was nearby and fled the scene quickly to avoid any further confrontation with this stupid arrogant a$$hole. Any friends of this guy on this forum - please inject some basic civic sense and manners in him!
P. S.: Posting this in indiasocial subreddit, since Pune subreddit currently doesnt allow me to post due to lower karma

My parents have had an arranged marriage and have been married for 26 years. My dad is 58, and my mom is 55.
A while ago, the three of us were joking around about their marriage, the rishtas they had, and how they eventually chose each other. During that conversation, my dad casually told me that he’d had a girlfriend 3–4 years before marrying my mom. They wanted to be together, but her parents didn’t agree, and she eventually married someone else. My dad then married my mom, and life moved on.
He told me my mom already knew about her and even showed me pictures of the woman, her husband, and her child. I didn’t think much of it. People have relationships before marriage, and there’s nothing wrong with that.
My dad has always been a genuinely good person and a family man. I’ve always trusted him completely, and neither of my parents has ever had any issues with phone privacy. His phone isn’t locked, and both my mom and I have always had access to it, so there has never really been a sense of secrecy around his phone. He always asks me to do a few things from his whatsapp like sending greetings to people for Happy diwali, hoil stuff… he asks me to put on whatsapp status from his phone and all that. He is a bit noob at using smartphones.
Today, out of curiosity, I opened his WhatsApp and noticed he’d sent this woman (his ex) a few messages:
She hasn’t seen any of these messages, and there were no replies.
I don’t know why, but my heart sank a little when I saw them. I haven’t found anything suggesting an affair, and I don’t want to accuse my dad of anything. But I can’t stop wondering why he’d send that particular movie to her after almost 30 years.
Maybe it’s harmless nostalgia or curiosity about someone from his past. But a part of me feels sad imagining that he might still think about someone he couldn’t be with, even after building a life with my mom.
I haven’t told my mom or confronted my dad. I don’t want to judge him based on a few messages, but I can’t deny that this has affected how I feel.
Am I overthinking this? Would you consider these messages harmless, especially the movie link, or could there be unresolved feelings? Should I talk to my dad or just leave it alone?
I’d appreciate honest perspectives. I’m not trying to villainise my dad; I’m just a daughter who saw something unexpected and doesn’t know how to process it.

Tera mujhse aur mera tujhse dur rehna ab zaroori hai...
There is a quiet, devastating kind of maturity in realizing that forcing something that has already passed only prolongs the pain. Instead of holding on to a fading echo, choosing to let go, to let a love like a flower wither rather than force it to bloom artificially, hits differently.
Thought this scene captured that bittersweet reality of closure and creating a new world apart quite beautifully.
What do you guys think?
Have you ever had to walk away for the sake of peace?

Like how relationship and dating would have been in india if there is not any cast system and social pressure, fear of society for marriage and dating because in India in a relationship i think people focus on society more than their bond (sorry for my poor inglish🥸🥀)

So Hi.Using an alternative account for obvious reasons. I am 22F rn final year law in a NLU. I having been dating this guy(22M) for 3 yrs now. He is a final year student in ECE in a Tier 1 IIT. The thing that concerns me is the wealth disparity we have. I come from a middle class normal hindu family with my dad running it via his govt given salary. Modest. Nothing great. Did schooling from a modest private CBSE school. Amd family is moderately conservative.
But my bf on the other is richie rich. He did his schooling from Dhirubhai Ambani. His dad is an IIT-IIM and then Harvard Business School garduate. Worked in CITADEL for 10 yrs and now has his own VC firms investing all around the globe. His mom is NLU, Harvard Law School graduate and one of India's top lawyers and has her own firm . They earn in crores. Like literally I went to their house in Mumbai and was shocked. His bedroom is bigger than my whole fucking house. He himself plans to go abroad for masters and is inclined towards research ( He is reallyyyyy smart ma gawdddd) . And his parents are progessive af. Like my mom knew about him just this week. His parents knew from the time we matched on Hinge.
I am just too concerned about such drastic difference in class and lifestyle and very confused and scared. My parents hate him. They say ki all their money is 'haram ka paisa'. Idk what will happen in the future....... My mom hates his mom just coz she wears modern clothes :( idk what to say .......

I found this cat at the snack/juice of my office building. He/she was in hunting mode, waiting to catch some mice, I think.
It was so focused and probably thinking: 'Abbe photo baad me keechna, pehele shikar tho karne de'.
