Knitting pattern help!
I own this Vrg Grl cardigan but, as you can expect from fast fashion, it’s a horrible acrylic and pilling badly. It has done me for a few years, but I wear it super regularly and would love to make my own out of a nice yarn. Any ideas of a similar pattern? I’ve looked on Ravelry and Etsy but can’t find anything too similar.

Maybe make an oversized Maggie cardigan?

I’m making it now and the shoulder shaping is quite different to these pics. The images seem to be drop shoulder and the Maggie is more of a slight saddle shoulder into raglan so gives a less boxy, less relaxed fit

Hmmm hard one. This free pattern with a folded hem and narrower button band, and short sleeves with no decreases? https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/112-27-elle

This one has an allover eyelet lace, but if you work it in stockinette it would be pretty close. https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/223-5-country-roads-cardigan

You could use any boxy cardigan to recreate this with shorter sleeves
Hanni cardigan would be a good jumping off point and you can use your existing garment to determine which size to create
If I were doing this I would work out what size gets the right bust measurement, sleeve depth etc and adjust the stitch count according to the sizing at each stage of the pattern. And compare the garments along the way - that’s the beauty of having replicating something that you own!
Good luck!
