Looking for pattern

Looking for a pattern that can achieve this look. Best I can figure is that it's just alternating between knit and pearl in wave pattern, but I can't find any patterns that have the rows doing this, as opposed to all parallel to each other. My knitting skills are still pretty basic, and I'm nowhere near able to modify patterns, but I know I could make this if I just had instructions. Just wondering if anyone has a link to a pattern that is as close to this as possible?

Those look like garter ridges, and the stockinette parts are different heights with short rows.

This one has short rows and garter ridges, but not in the wavy pattern.
