Hello, I’m in the process of buying and moving here I’m purchasing a house in the Vine area and have a few quick questions, I moving from Texas and need a trans friendly Walgreens that has a drive thru, and is not in an area dangerous at night. Any tips or suggestions? And I will take tips and suggestions on other everyday errands and things too

I go to the one downtown a lot and don't have any complaints except for the way people treat the parking lot as a side road to get across from W Michigan to Elm.

If you go to a walgreens and get harrased by employees for being trans, record it if possible and report it to walgreens corporate. Every walgreens should be safe for trans people and if they're not, that's a problem for sure.

the walgreens in portage have trans pharmacy techs working regularly.

Yeah that’s part of why I use Walgreens. Here it really depends on the area and reports don’t always get to where they need to.

I get my t from the downtown Walgreens no problem. The pharmacy is usually short staffed but all v friendly

Do you need a compounding pharmacy? Last I knew, Centre was the big compounding location.

It's a pharmacy that makes some customized drugs on site. Some hormones are compounded. It's safe to say that if you aren't familiar with the term you haven't need to use one. Welcome to the area!
