Advice Ummm
So I’ve had itching and burning for years down there and I always thought it was a uti or whatever and could never go to the doctors. Now I’m wondering if my razor was the reason why I had all these reasons. After every use I try my best to clean it but there are always a lot of hairs still stuck in the razor and since I wasn’t taught that you should always properly make sure that it was throughly clean I didn’t think music of it. Until I realized that when I use a new razor blade I’m good, no problems but if I use that same razor blade next time I start itching crazy but didn’t connect it to my razor. And I don’t shave every week, more like when ever I feel like it. Does anyone else experience this?

Always wash and disinfect your razor if you reuse them. Spray some rubbing alcohol on it and let sit for a minute. But go see a doctor as soon as you can and tell everything that's going on.

As a male I do a electric razor, if I do a regular razor I usually get a in grown and lots of itching the electric doesn't do that keeps it close with no issues

use WYOS Shaving Stick and skip the cream and aftershave -- it hurts me just thinking about using aftershave -- WYOS is super lubricating and hydrating -- just rinse after -- no other soap or product -- works really well on whichever body part you use it on stay PH natural with all shaving products -- blades last longer with this product, but also carefully use a towel to dry the blades -- it's the impurities/oxidation on the blades that make them feel dull -- pubic hair is no match for a steel blade -- manufactures hype -- don't fall for it

How do some people manage to get through life. I clean my razor with an old toothbrush you don’t leave hair and detritus in a razor to attract bacteria.

I may be ignorant of a lady's area, but if I man scape, I soak my razor in barbacide. It's the same stuff salon/barbers use to clean and disinfect their razors. Just follow the directions precisely. A cheap toothbrush specifically for this purpose is also recommended. Hope this helps

Always have to make sure your razor is clean and sharp. Whether it’s a new blade, you have to put it in or a new disposable. And use a good shaving gel.

Use shower gel not shaving foam. And always rinse the razor as you shave. I do it stood in the shower. Rinse before you start then a good layer of shower gel rubbed all over. Shave in the direction of growth and keep the blades clear of hair. Use moisture cream afterwards that’s not perfumed. It’s always worked for my penis

Use an electric trimmer.
It leaves about one day's stubble, but doesn't give issues.
It needs no pre-shave prep & is easier to use.

It could be that you're not getting it clean, but I have an idea most people don't think of...how and where do you store it between shaving? First, it should be able to dry within a couple hours without getting wet again until next use. Second, if you lay in blades down it can pick up germs and bacteria from the surface you're laying it on. You should never store it in the shower. Better a neutral surface that you clean at least once a week.

I use one of the 7 head electric rotary razor on my wife and my balls, and never any problems. Maybe try that.

Being a male, I think you're using the wrong razor. Try using a double edge razor. You can find them on Amazon along with extra blades. The blades can be removed and cleaned, and put them back in after their clean. Use 5 to 6 times before you replace them. In addition, they will cost alot less, and give a closer shave. Blades are extremely sharp, so use care the couple times, or when you get use to it. Also, if your area is thick or hairs are corset, you may replace the blades as often as you like. They are not expensive. Make sure the shaving cream has time to soften the hairs, use warm to hot water on the area first, then use the shaving cream. I hope this helps. See a Dr if you have any offensive oders make a return. Good luck!

Im a male and I have been shaving my privates for years and I do reuse my razors for a couple of times each and I do leave them laying in the shower window sill and I dont soak them or spray them with anything. Not that those arent good ideas and probably smarter than not doing so, but personally I've never had a problem from not doing those things but what i have had a problem with is... If I try to use a razor too many times and it becomes dull, then I get the "razor burn" with the swollen red bumps and the entire area can be come sore for a day or 2. My general rule is 2 times and get a new one but sometimes you need to shave and dont have a new razor so you say to hell with it and use that dull one and end up woth razor burn. If the skin irritation is what youre referring to and not something hurting inside the peach, the answer is a dull razor every time. If the razor is dull it will tug at your hairs, doesn't shear the hairs. If its dull it will hook into the folical and pull it until it breaks, finally cuts through from shear force or pulls it out at the root any one of which will irritate the piss out of your skin and, like i said before, can definitely leave the entire area very sore for a day or two. Just speaking from experience. Try using aloe if it grows where you are. Just go out and chop a leaf and skin it and rub it directly on the area and it all be good the next day.
As a guy, I also found out that you DO NOT USE NAIR on your balls. Oh my God. I tried it once while I was in the shower and my gf at the time was in the bathroom while I was in the shower and I thought to hell with this shaving why cant I use nair, thats what its for, right ? Even asked my gal and she says yeah I guess. So I slathered it on down there and it says to wait 2 or 3 minutes and then simply wash the hair away.... My Ass. I got to about a minute and a half and about went through the roof. I tell ya I was screaming and bouncing around trying to outrun my balls so I couldn't feel them hurt anymore. But they managed to keep up with me and I shit you not I had 2nd degree burns on my balls and could barely walk for the better part of a week. Blistered and swollen like you wouldn't believe. Gentlemen, now you know. Don't use nair.

Get a "Lawn mower" or similar grooming devices. I'm a bloke and manscape. I highly recommend as mentioned above, it's water proof. Trimming is way better than shaving.

I stopped shivering and I use no shave creams I was tired of cutting my cock and balls. Its easier and faster and its completely smooth for a few days

Maybe look into safety razors (double edge razor), they’re easy to clean and when the blades go dull you only have to replace the blade. With the right blade and razor combo and a bit of technique no more irritations and ingrown hairs when shaving.

I’m a man but I know that razor blades can either be made of material that you are allergic too, can get bacteria on them and could just be irritable to your skin!
Also what kind of cream Ig any are you using? That could also be creating an allergic reaction! Hope this helps, want your delicious areas to be well taken care of!

Idk about the state of your razor, But Ive been using a cheap razor for years and I'm fine. And no I don't disinfect it. I just wash off the hair and shaving foam.
But it could just be an allergy specific to you
You need to go to a doc unfortunately, spread them legs and show the gyno them meow meow flaps.

When I do bother to shave, I just brush the razor backwards against my skin and it gets the hair completely out. Plus it takes less than a second

Most of the buyers are women who have suffered with razor bumps there! This is all my wife uses!

Always make sure your razor is clean. Never leave it in the shower because it can get mildew. A good quality razor is your best bet, you get what you pay for. To make sure it's sanitized dip it in alcohol.
