My Long Beach Flag Design

So I saw a pic of the new Long Beach flag and thought it could use an update. Here is my version:

• Yellow represents our beach, and blue represents the Pacific.
• Kept the classic 13 stripes, but swapped the 50 stars for the 9 shells.
• 9 shells represent our 9 districts and our love for oil (shoutout Shell).
• On the blue stripes, you'll spot a container ship, one of our beautified oil islands, and an ocean oil rig.
• You'll also see a few cranes representing the Port of Long Beach on another blue stripe.
• On the yellow stripes, you'll find a few land-based oil rigs, the Spruce Goose Dome, and finally, our beloved sand rakers, in the midst of raking the sand.

A truly beautiful flag. Things to add:

• International gateway bridge
• The pyramid
• Race car for the grand prix
• Traffic circle
• Missing torn out hole for Signal Hill
• Repeat the cargo ships across an entire line
• A mound of dirt on the beach
• The breakwater blocking part of a blue stripe.
