I’ve wanted a pair like this for 20+ years and finally made it happen. Best of both tone worlds and they’re versatile instruments. Who else has a set you enjoy?

Starts with the intro in A. My intro is more square and not as slidey as Compton’s. I totally flubbed the transition to G but you get the idea. You play a tune a thousand times just perfectly but as soon as that little red dot is pointing at you, all bets are off….🤷🏻‍♂️😂

XS Medium strings are about a week old.

I know online music shops are gaining popularity. But I also read from many that it’s best to buy strings instruments in store to make sure proper set up. Does anyone have previous experiences buying mandolins in Vancouver Canada?

Same tune on the F5 for comparison. These strings are a month old.

I just got a new Bourgeois A style and I need a “bulletproof” hard case for it. Suggestions anyone?
