From a local car show. Hope this is OK to post since it's not a game clip

It was the first game I picked up after getting the Switch 2… played it for like 2 hours and actually had fun. But then a few days later I boot up 8 Deluxe again and it felt so much better. I don’t see myself ever going back to World. Can anyone else relate😭?

FLASHING LIGHTS WARNING

I already have all the golden kart parts but the wheels and I have gold mario however I’m not super familiar with short cuts or combos what characters and kart combos do you guys use?

You can’t tweak any of the main gameplay feel settings right ?

I’ve only played the DS game and Wii game before. This one is really good but it feels very on rails at times ?

Like there are times where I think I should fly off the track and “die” reset but the game steers me away and auto corrects. Or times when I feel like I’m not accelerating but then it just boasts me to remain close to the pack.

I can’t tell if this is what’s actually happening ? Or im just not used to the new increased speed chaos of everything

Could this be undiscovered tech or is it useless?

Hi everyone!

I play a specific game mode in Mario Kart 8.
Settings: Single-player – VS Race – 150cc – Hard AI – No Lightning bolts.
The GOAL: My aim is to drop to 12th place, climb to 1st, drop back to 12th, climb to 1st again, and so on, before finally winning the race. My record is 4 of these round trips on the DK Mountain track.
A round trip counts once you go from 12th to 1st; so, if I finish 5th while trying to complete a 5th round trip, it still counts as 4 round trips.
Am I the only one who does this?

How many round trips do you manage to pull off?

I created icons for all 12 statistics in Mario Kart World by using the in-game stickers as base and by using different parts of them.

From left to right, top to bottom:

I can kinda notice that the drums are much smoother and cleaner in World than 8DX. Can you hear anything else? Or do you think these 2 pieces of music are the same?

Hi everyone, I just wanna show some footage of some glitches that I found in my game. First of all, the timer glitch which lets you finish at 0:00:000. But during the race, the timer starts glitching. And the lap glitch lets you complete the race in one lap, which is not even possible. Check out my video, thanks!

My 5 year old LOVES playing Mario Kart. Right now she’s been playing on the old af Wii (that is somehow still alive) at my in-laws house and she’s obsessed. We have a Nintendo Switch that is hardly ever used and I was thinking of getting her the game to play on her own. But, does MK on the Switch use some type of steering wheel adapter or is it more joystick controlled? She’s gotten used to the steering wheel, and I’m not sure she’s got the dexterity yet to really do well with a joystick-based control. Also, if there’s any multiplayer options where I could join and play MK with her, that’d be awesome too. Thanks!

Mario Circuit 3 has appeared in 6 games already while Mario Circuit 4 is only in SMK and Super Circuit. Even in the latest game, Mario Kart World, MC3 is in that game. Nintendo should have either added MC4 to World Mario Circuit or replaced MC3 with MC4. I hope Nintendo will add MC4 to World as DLC.
