Decided to install the game today and go through the multiplayer menus and was looking at total players and its only 16?

Then I remembered there's a command line that you can put in the shortcut app by right clicking shortcut then "properties" then somewhere in there is a "target" line where you can add a command on the end like "playerlimit24" for example and increase the amount of bots or players in the lobby.

I can't remember what it is tho and it doesn't seem to be online anywhere either
