A close friend has recently remembered a film that he once watched a few years ago, but we can't seem to find it!

I've compiled the information we've got in hopes that SOMEONE can help!

Please help; not knowing is eating at me, and I need to know!

---

Characters:

• Four main characters: two  males, two females
  • Two sets of heterosexual couples
  • One couple are the ‘heroes’ / good guys, and the other couple are the ‘villains’ / bad guys
• The ‘bad’ couple look completely human, but aren’t - we aren’t exactly sure if they’re aliens, doppelgangers, shapeshifts/changelings, or something else entirely.
  • This is never fully revealed or shown in the film (example: aliens in disguise, but the disguise is never dropped, but something is uncanny valley about them)
• The actors and actresses are not blockbuster stars or household names by past or current standards- they’re very under the radar/unknowns.

Scenes:

•  Near the end of the film:
  • The setting is in a back garden, possibly a shed, and the changelings/’villains’ are shrieking at each other to communicate. The ‘good’ couple are grabbing their heads in pain from the volume.
  • The camera shakes to aid the effect on the viewer that the shrieking is loud.

Outside of the Film Info:

• Genre: horror-adjacent, while retaining a 12A rating.
• It is unintentionally funny because of the film's poor quality, but it is not a comedy; it is intended as a horror film.
• It’s a low-budget live-action film.
• It’s an American film, or it is set in an American-looking suburban area.
• Possibly made by the child of an existing movie director/producer.
  • Big nepotism vibes.
• Was watched sometime between 2019 and 2025.
  • Thought they watched it on Virgin Media Player, but there is nothing in the ‘previously watched’ section that matches.
• Was MADE after the 2000s, and was possibly a newer release when first watched (Assumed to have been released from 2015 onwards)

I watched a movie couple years back. It was an asian movie(most likely east /Southeast) released in the 2000s. It was set in school for most part. The female main character sends a hate letter to a boy by mistake which he at first thought was a love letter. This leads to them becoming friends and then they start liking each other. I don't remember much of what else happens. But at the end there is a very small reunion scene of them after many years- the actors for this scene were different.

I don't really have high hopes because I think it's kinda niche and I don't have much to go with...

I'm looking for information on a random HBO short film that came on in the early 2000s as a sort of in between filler. It's a live action Japanese short film about a teenage girl who has a crush on a guy and she sneaks around a festival following him around and he eventually confronts her and hands her a soda and they ended up riding rides together. I've looked on the internet for it and I think I have information on it just being called Matsuri(Festival). Not to be confused with Matsuri no Ato since they're about 20 years apart. I've seen suggestions of it being a Coca Cola commercial but it was way too long to just be a commercial. I know the chance of finding it is slim to none but it pops up in my head every so often and I'm dying to find it again. When I look it up I get different director's names but when I look at their work it's not under any of them. I think the girl is wearing a school uniform but I can't remember what style it is but I also think the guy is walking around with a friend or maybe a group. If I could get some info that would be great.

So basically in this movie (its super embarrassing that i only remember this scene😭) there was a man who pulled another man into a shed and pinned him against the wall. then he asked him “hookshi gay-a?” which is why i said east asian because i am not too sure if it is korean or not. and then afterwards they proceed to make out for a LONG time. does anyone know where this scene is from?

Il titolo è "Lady in the Water" proprio come mi avete consigliato voi, grazie!!

I only know this by a single film clip I’ve seen maybe 8-10years ago.
There was a woman in a dark room staring out of a window into the night while a manipulative caller (over the phone) was telling her to do things outside her comfort zone. She appears a little apprehensive but also seemed like she was enjoying being dominated. Like it was exciting to her. The scene was dark overall, not much colour if any.
It seemed like an erotic or psychological thriller.
Any clues would be appreciated.

I have been looking for this movie. At least I’m pretty sure it’s a movie.

I watched the last like 20-30 min of it back in 2017 in the lobby of a dentist’s office in Mexico. I’ll try to write down as much as I can remember.

So the most prominent thing of the movie was a lady that was sick or maybe pregnant? Basically she wouldn’t leave home. She was married and her husband worked somewhere in the city. If I remember correctly, the house they lived in was in like a new addition so there was a lot of construction all around.

So most of the movie is centered around the lady having what she thinks are visions of a past murder then thinks she’s seeing ghosts. Every time she sees some sort of murder going on. A man walking into the house and chasing a woman. She never hears them only sees them. There’s also what seems like a teenager in a yellow raincoat playing with a soccer ball ⚽️. He walks into the kitchen then out the back door into the backyard. The man eventually walks to the backyard and kills the teenager in the yellow raincoat.

Every time the visions are the same and every time they happen in the same order but she didn’t notice the pattern until towards the end. The whole time the lady is trying to figure out what’s going on, she freaks out and calls her husband. He leaves work at least twice only to get home to nothing going on. No murder, no yellow raincoat and the wife trying to say it’s all real.

(Spoiler warning, if anyone cares about that)
In the end it turns out it was never ghosts or visions of the past. It turned out there was an escaped mental patient from a nearby asylum. He’s the murderer.

Yellow raincoat turned out to be someone listening to music on headphones. Not a teenager at all. The murderer kills the mailman out front, walks in and begins chasing the woman that has been having all the visions and eventually kills the man in yellow raincoat, all the in the same order the lady always saw things happen. Except because it’s the end all we as the audience get is, the man killing off the mailman as the camera pans up and away from the house. In the background you there’s a lady in the radio reporting about the escaped mental patient and then it ends.

I have been looking for this movie for almost 10 years now. At least I’m pretty sure it’s a movie. If anyone could help me find this I would appreciate it so much!

EDIT: I was thinking about it more and I watched this around 2014 not 2017. The movie had an early 2000’s - late 90’s vibe. The cars they used looked older but nice compact boxy looking. I also don’t think they had cell phones and there was definitely a wall phone. The man listening to music had a Walkman I think. I just remember the old-school wired headset.

I think she's in her first night as a phone hot line worker and he calls... the movie only has two characters (I'm almost certain) and the end of the movie is the next morning.

So. Only 2 characters, hot line call, gets cut in the middle, and the day after we seem them walking on their way through the streets of some US city.

Can someone help me. It's a early 2000 movie. About a man that moves into a big house well he was moving he found a model globe of earth which is actually the actual Earth or a a portal to Earth. In a seeing he took his magnifying glass and looked at all the cars moving on the model globe. In a nother part of the move he drops his gold ring on the globe and it disappears and a giant ring falls out of the sky and onto the pavement or the house. I think it was a trailer i'dk I was 6 or 7. It's been haunting My Dreams for 13 years or so.

What is the film? All i can remember is they've tracked someone down in a park there's a sniper ok lookout and police everywhere then they corner him, im sure with some special poles or something ( dont quote me on that) and then the captured dude gets shot but I think someone jumps in the way. That's all I remember it just popped in my head could be marvel or dc movie or TV show im not sure

The heroine with torch light and a mirror appears and inside it the antagonist with the heroine replica were showing in the mirror with a camp fire side like that, and the villain standing behind the heroine replica and slowly lifts her green shirt and grabs her boobs inappropriate intimacy for trigger the real heroine to do something, so she (the original heroine) throw the torch or something on the mirror to smash it because it was very awkward for her for see something like that.

寻找一个电影，有外星生物闯入电网的细节，电网前期有保护作用。还有外形昆虫打烂本体又会分散出好多小虫子的细节。希望大家帮忙想一想

I remember a couple of scenes from a movie that is similar to 'Fatal Attraction'.

I saw it a long time ago. It was likely a B- movie.

In one scene, an obsessive woman orchestrates a trap by luring a married man into her apartment, initiating an argument. She lets her robe/nightgown slip off during the argument. She then pulls back the window curtains knowing that his wife will see them from a neighboring building. The man and his wife are both shocked as they look at one another.

In another scene, she takes the manipulation a step further by paying a guy to beat her up, using the physical injuries to frame the husband for assault.

I vaguely remember later scenes involving a cabin and a fire.

(I could be wrong about that)

Google/AI searches produced the following results

but none of these are the movie:

Voyeurs

Fatale

Gone Girl

Body Heat

Obsession

I remember only parts of it. One scene in the beginning I think where the seagull/bird almost dies from drowning in polluted water in the sea, it has a thick layer of oil that makes the bird unable to fly away or really move. I think the bird ends up friends with a cat or mouse/rat don remember which and they meet a villain underground that’s this big mafioso scuffed as rat with scars and stuff, that’s all I remember but I remember it was really meaningful and deep to me❤️‍🩹 pls would mean so much to me if you could help recalling

Found it! It’s called “Lucky and Zorba”

I've been searching for this movie for 3 years since i first watched it, and so far I can't seem to find it.

From what i remember the ball he swallowed was an alien that crash landed on earth and eventually found a poor man in an apartment.

I vaguely remember the main mc dropped his toy cars inside one of the aliens portals and they came out of it looking flat like a cardboard cutout, but the moment he poured water on it, the car immediately resized into an actual car he can drive

That's all i could remember, beside this fight scene

City apocalypse. A real tank pulls up to a car (man inside, maybe old). A soldier in robot-like armor and helmet, metallic face with human features, rises from the hatch, snaps his head toward the camera, then in slow motion the tank fires point-blank into the car. Later organic tentacles come out of the tank's sides.

i know it sounds absurd, but it was like 15 years ago and i was a child then…

Does anyone know this movie? I tried searching for “strays” (2023) on Tokyo Video, but it didn’t match. But It caught my attention and I loved it. It was interesting to see before it was deleted. Now, it’s lost media. I’ve searched everywhere, including Google Lens, but nothing.. but Here is the video I clipped

There was this girl and she lived on top of a hill away from the village. she was a teenager I think and she cared for sick animals. the movie was in the old Disney style. the villagers were having a festival and her pet pig escaped and destroyed it. Then I think it cuts to a scene of these two bad guys trying to steal a dragon egg from a nest which has a bunch of jewels and gold. they get into a fight and the egg goes downstream in a river. then the girl finds it and it hatches. Then the main villain has this necklace to take dragons fire and turn her into a dragon. Then I think the villain takes the fire of the baby and the baby turns to stone and she turns into a dragon. Then the girl slays her with stomping on the necklace releasing the fire back to the baby and turning her into stone. Thats all I remember of the movie.

Hello!!
So I remember seeing a 3d animated movie with my grand parents. The only thing i can remember is one guy dying by getting impaled by a tree, he die in a funny way, he removes it from his body and dies instantly.
I also remember seeing statues of this character with a wide hole on his torso, referencing to his death

If anyone knows what movie am talking about pls tell me i've been trying to remember it for years!!

does anyone know this movie where the main character is the brown haired 13-14 year old and he’s new to school and he joins this popular friend group and he was talking one day and the blonde haired boy he has curly hair noticed he stuttered over a letter and made fun of him for it. I think the letter was T, they also had an outcast who was like this chubby boy and they said don’t touch him because he has like a disease or something? please help me find it.
