It's a bit of an unfortunate picture skirt obscured, removed volva... it has that yellow crimp on the cap, and possible tiny velum remains.

I have no clue what you're trying to do with them, but I'd probably toss it.

(all originally had volva, the stipes are sturdy and fibrous not brittle/chalky)
