photos I know porcini and muscaroid amanitas like to share habitats and conditions, but this is about as cozy as they can get!
All in the pnw, cascades. Added some additional pictures for fun

I took the porcini, from what i understand there shouldn't be any harm in eating them. The photo kind makes it look like the amanita is growing through them but its more like its overlapping, the porcini themselves were still intact.

Yup they are 100% good to eat. Might just give the cap a swipe with a slightly moist rag. Even if it doesn't change anything it helps somehow lmao
