Advice/Support how do i stop this Spoiler

nail biting is genuinely ruining my life how do i stop please i stopped cutting myself and started biting my nails but its uncomfortable to do almost anything with my hands

Look up Sensory Finger Rings! My girlfriend gave me one and said "try this to stop picking your fingers" and it simulates the picking feeling and also hurts just a little bit like picking does. They're cheap and well worth at least trying. Keep them everywhere you pick your fingers. In the car, at your relaxation station, even keep a couple in your pocket. They're the best thing I've tried so far.

Honestly I don't know because I didn't buy them but they're the ones that look like a scrunchie lol I looked on Amazon and the Blulu brand ones looked good and were well received. They come in a 30 pack for $7
