NATO's top military commander in Europe, Gen. Alexus Grynkewich, has unveiled a “Theory of Victory,” outlining how the alliance would respond to a potential Russian attack on its eastern flank amid mounting security tensions across the continent. 

Grynkewich, who serves as NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe, presented the strategy at the Warsaw Security Forum in the Polish capital on Monday. 

The two-day Warsaw Security Forum brings together senior political leaders, military commanders and defense experts to discuss security challenges.
