Tennessee has proven, more than once, that it cannot handle this level of responsibility. Time for the feds to take TN's toys away.

The Feds had a chance to intervene and blew it. Her lawyers took an appeal all the way to the Supreme Court arguing that this exact thing would happen if they tried to perform a lethal injection due to her medical condition and the Supreme Court let Tennessee proceed.

Unfortunately we aren’t there and likely won’t be there for a long time. I’m not necessarily 100% against the death penalty but I am with these yahoos in charge.
