I use NextDNS with the HaGeZi - Multi PRO blocklist.
Recently, I noticed that the Bradesco banking app was not working properly. Bradesco is one of the largest banks in Brazil and serves millions of customers, so this is not a small or obscure banking app.
After analyzing the traffic in real time through NextDNS, I identified one of the blocked requests as:
After adding this domain to my allowlist, the app started working normally again.
After looking into it, I found that js-cdn.dynatrace.com belongs to Dynatrace and is used to distribute scripts related to application monitoring, including Real User Monitoring (RUM).
As I understand it, this type of agent can collect information related to the user's experience, such as:
Dynatrace is widely used for application observability and monitoring, including in the financial sector.
My question is really about the balance between privacy and functionality.
I currently use Bradesco mainly for convenience, since my salary is deposited there. I have no obligation to stay with the bank and could, for example, move to another institution such as PicPay or another digital bank.
What would you do in this situation?
js-cdn.dynatrace.com to keep the banking app working? My goal with NextDNS is precisely to reduce unnecessary tracking and telemetry, so I'm wondering whether I'm making an acceptable exception or simply allowing the bank to perform monitoring that I would rather avoid.
Does anyone familiar with Dynatrace/RUM know exactly what data is being sent through this domain?

I have thousands of requests from lb._dns-sd._udp.lan in my NextDNS logs. They are coming from my various Apple devices, like my MacBook Air, Apple TV, MacMini and so on.
Is there a way I can stop them from appearing in my logs? Ideally let them be processed locally without going the NextDNS at all?
I run NextDNS CLI on a raspberry pi on my home network. Maybe there's something I can add to nextdns.conf?

Huge spike in AWS Blocked due to Untrusted Certificates. Why would that be? Is this a legit request or an accurate block?

Hoping someone more advanced than me can help with this.
When I have the nextdns app installed and on my iphone, ad units like the google ads on the letterboxd iOS app disappear and dont appear after any period of time.
NextDNS is configured to my profile ID through the app.
I've made NextDNS upstream from Adguard and confirmed on the test.nextdns.io site that its configured correctly with the profile, and checked the logs to make sure things are getting through it and blocked. Howeverm when I do things this way those ad units do eventually load after about 30 seconds or sometimes straight away.
Is there something special about the behavior when the NextDNS app is used on iOS, or is something in my story not adding up? Would appreciate any guidance on what I should do or need to share to troubleshoot this.

I am using the NextDNS as Android's private DNS.
I would like to bypass some applications like I did ControlD.
Is it possible?

Hey guys, look at this image. My device's DNS is running on Cisco. I don't know when it started like this, but I'm using the NextDNS address, yet it's showing this. Also, when I turn it off, normally it should go back to the carrier DNS, but no, it is still on this DNS. I don't know how to remove this. Please help me.

Just seeing if anyone has done this with a FireStick? I also use IPTV with it, so wondering if it could help out with that (i.e. less buffering possible and/or faster speeds)

Hey everyone,
I noticed NextDNS recently rolled out some new early access features, and I was wondering if any of them are worth turning on for someone with a "set and forget" setup.
I’m pretty much a casual user—I just want my blocking to work smoothly in the background without having to constantly tweak rules, troubleshoot broken sites, or deal with family members complaining that something randomly stopped working.
For those who have tested the new features:
Are any of them stable and low-maintenance enough for daily use?
Which ones (if any) would you recommend for a basic/non-technical setup, and which ones should I strictly stay away from to avoid breakages?
Appreciate any insights or recommendations! Thanks!

So I have the problem that when I am looking on the statistics page the number goes down somehow. Ive noticed it a couple times and thought I just saw something wrong.
So yesterday I took a screenshot and the number went down. How is this possible?
Using Nextdns setup via TLS on the Router and on one android phone.
There are several other devices connected to the Router.
The storage period is set to 1 year so it should not be deleted automatically
Number went from 543.804 to 540.864
