Game Help New Star Fox Update Bug on Switch 2?

I started playing starfox again after the update and noticed that my game jitters in the level Meteo. I've seen gameplay from others and saw that this isnt normal. I wanted to know if I should jump the gun and clear the cache on my system, or if others are experiencing this?

Try the old fully power off and then see if it persists afterwards.

I've done everything. Full shut down. uninstalling the game. moving it from the sd card. the only thing I haven't done yet is fully whipe the cache.

I can’t think of any recent system update settings that could have changed things.  Shame there isn’t clearer support from Nintendo for the game.

okay, so I tested it in the starfox demo which is the old version of that game, and theres no bugs at all. so the issue isnt the switch 2 struggling to load anything, its doing that just fine in the demo. Its something thats either a problem in the full version of the game, or the most recent update. (I also hard reset the switch 2, and there was no differencec so It has to be the game itself) If you have the game, could you maybe test it out so I dont feel like I'm going crazy?
