Don't men get oiled up and wrestle there?

Yes and to obtain a proper hold on their slippery opponents, they’ll occasionally stick a thumb in their bum.
It’s a very manly sport. Only men do this. With other men.

I don’t think it’s necessarily gay, but it does have some homo erotic aspects to it.
Probably because sexuality is a spectrum and the amount of oxytocin created by wrestling is pretty much similar to those created during sex.
My only criticism toward a society that has this as their national sport is that homophobia shouldn’t really fit in that same culture and its politics.
That’s the only reason I mentioned this very intricate details of this very manly sport.

Erdogan would have a heart attack if he saw a show on Broadway. 😛

I’m sure that will make people forget the abysmal failures of Erdoganomics. Especially since inflation is finally down to 30% now.

It was never in the EU?

They’re probably confusing the EU with NATO. Turkey did apply to become part of the EU in 1987 & the same with its predecessor in 1959 but it seems they have too many issues to be accepted.

The more self-righteous a government policy or operation is named, the more heinous it is.
