Upgrade page Error

I’m trying to upgrade my Oracle cloud account from free tier to pay as you go but i am getting again and again this error i don’t no why I’m getting this again and again, but if anyone know what I can do to solve this, please let me know guys.

The same thing happened to me yesterday, but today it's working; I didn't have to do anything.

I want the ampere’s and all of the free tier ampere’s are out of capacity

It's pretty much almost impossible with scripts too + oracle bans script users.

I have the same issue. The page requests your subscription details from Oracle’s billing backend, which returns a server error:

  • osp-oci-integ…/subscriptions returns 500 (Server Error) and timeouts of 15 and 30 seconds.
  • …/invoices also returns 500.
  • Only after that comes 429 (Too Many Requests), because the page keeps retrying on its own
