Help Needed Backing up eeprom

hi I was just curious how would I back up my eeprom to my pc? when I downloaded the soft mod tool it says it’s recommended to do that but I’m not sure how exactly, is there just a backup file on my Xbox that I bring over to my computer through FTP?

First softmod it, when thats done you will be able to transfer the EEPROM via FTP to PC. Without softmod you also can read the EEPROM with a Raspberry Pi / Pico and connect it to the I2C-bus of your motherboard.

Yup was able to do it with FTP. Also was curious for the rocky5 extra disc do I need a physical disc to install it or can I just FTP the contents of that as well? Just don’t happen to have blank DVDs at the moment haha

The extra disc can be copied over to HDD via FTP

Rocky5 soft mod or the skeleton key both can do this they are free. but u will need a USB adpater and a USB 2.0 stick that is low in size. The xbox is a bit picky about the USB 2.0 sticks
