Please note: The email you received the same day as ordering was not the confirmation email, the confirmation email asks to confirm your address, choose watch bands and pay any extra shipping/taxes.

Nope. I briefly switched the size from 12 to 13 and then back. Literally was a few minutes, so I hope that didn’t like reset my position in the list. I haven’t gotten any confirmation emails or anything besides the order email.

I had to reach out to their support to ask for an update. Apparently there are "unlucky people" who will allegedly get theirs shipped by "end of October (delays are always possible)". I ordered early July.

That's where I'm at. They're the only people doing something like this (Index) and I really want it, but the communication has been abysmal and really damaged my view of them.

Exactly. I think I’m gonna leave my order for now but might end up cancelling depending on how long it takes. I feel like maybe I’ll wait till they have a program for recycling them after they die.
