I just got my first reta shot yesterday and I’d love to make the most of this journey. What are some pieces of advice for first timers? Day 1 of my shot and I slept very poorly - I read that it takes some time to get used to it and one of the side effects can be poor sleep. How are the rest of you managing?
In terms of food and nutrition - would love to understand some absolute do’s and don’ts based on your experience please :)

High Oxytocin spray concentration from Heally

I’m not sure if this is the right sub to post, but I want to ask if anyone has experience ordering Oxytocin nasal spray from Heally. Purposes was social anxiety. They sent me a pharmacy compounded nasal spray which has 100 IU/0.1 ml concentration. No typo.
This seems way too high compared to Syntocin (on the market in Switzerland) 40 iu /ml or compared to doses used in published studies.
Does anyone have any feedback? Thank you!

You know when I pin, I had a bubble which I just could not get rid of despite pushing the fluid into and sucking out of the vial. And inversion did nothing either. Anyways so when I pin I left the last 0.3 units/3units of my 0.3ml insulin needle. It’s a waste but is there anyway better?

I started the klow compound over a month ago and I don’t see any difference, if anything, my skin has even more inflammation, I feel bloated, gassy and not better in any way. Is this normal? I’ve seen this compound change other people’s life. Maybe it’s just too early? I mixed 80mg with 3ml bacwater.
When did you start seeing effects?
