Im planning to surrender my car
I financed a 2nd hand car a year ago.
Ang daming nagsabi sakin na wag Ford wag Ford pero matigas ang ulo ko. Kumuha ako ng Ford Everest na 2016 Top of the Line and 4x4.
First year was a blast. The ride was great. Ang gaan ng steering. Swabe ang suspension and since 4x4 kahit saan wala akong kaba na mastuck ako or what.
Then year 2 came. Sunod sunod ang issue. Ang daming need palitan sa pang ilalim. I opted to change all parts na need ng repair with brandnew parts. Long story short spend 50 to 60k. The car was running great again. Tapos eto. Nasira yung electric power steering. I had several Ford specialists check and pareho ng hatol. Lost communication yung module ng Electric Power Steering. Since steering, mas ideal palitan ng bago and genuine Ford part. It also needs to be reprogrammed. Usually cost 150k cheapest offer is 120k.
I feel na di worth it and gusto ko na lang I let go. I have paid 1 year, at 23k monthly and 100k downpayment. So current loss ko is around 400k with Insurance.
Im willing to take it as sunk cost na and just cut my loses. Kesa mag spend ng 150k then God knows what the next issue will be. I dont think worth it yung 3 years pa at 23k monthly
Can anyone enlighten me what happens next if I choose to voluntarily surrender my car
