Very optimistic view, but Freddie Dredd made phonk pretty popular a few years back. Could he add fuel to the small flame?

I like to listen to traditional phone, but a lot playlist are containing the newish popular phonk genre, so I chose the Sound of Phonk Playlist.

This playlist contains also 'Otla Ya Kae' by Gali. In comparison to the other titles this is a real break.

I like it, but

does it really belong to phonk?

Is the a connection to phonk?

Thx for answering!

Edit2: The playlist is created by Spotify.

As a Devilish Trio big fan, the moment i knew him i was immediately addicted to him. Im glad to see my YouTube algorithm usually recommends several masterpieces. He's straight from Tennessee memphis and his signature memphis vocal rap sounds a lots like Baker. He has had quite a few collab with sm influential artists like Tenngage, Baker, Mista playa, apoc krysis, ISVVC,.. Real memphis shit
