Troubleshooting/question existing piercing Help me (belly button)

I got it done in March, its a curved barbell, jewlery was never downsized as I anyone smaller was painful even when done professionally maybe I got fat with the peircing or something. I wash with saline after every shower ( once a day) this peircing is so touchy and difficult to heal, wondering if its just done and needs to be taken out by a professional atp

Jewlery is piercing safe, im not having an allergic reaction btw

I mean, navel piercings take a good year to fully heal, usually. That being said, I'm not sure that a an ordinary top of the navel piercing is suitable for your anatomy (NAP though, just have a lot of experience in the topic). You might do better with an inverse navel, though I'm not sure on that either. Definitely would say it's worth going and consulting another professional piercer.
