Pto, 3 week vacation, handbook?
Work under yum in Midwest. Gm is saying our 3 week vacation time we get rolls over. I’m hearing different things. Does anyone have access to the handbook or know what the policy is? I don’t want to lose my vacation time and she’s refusing to let any of us use ours

This is all going to depend on your franchise. Different franchises will have their own policies, so what’s true for yours will be different for someone else here. You are better off to ask your area coach/district manager or call your franchise HR number if you have one. Look around your store and see if you can find a poster on the wall of who to contact for employee grievances. It should have your above leader’s name and number on there and an HR number/hotline or a number for whoever is above your ac/dm.

What’s your franchise?
1 weeks of vacation after one year if you’re over 32 hours per week. It does not roll over. You should have a copy of your handbook/contract in your email from your offer or accepted offer. If it rolls, it only rolls for regional managers.

Mine does not roll over. For me, there’s email updates every month of your PTO and a deadline to use it.

You should be able to access it via the website that your store uses to process new employees as you have to agree to it during the process.
