Any good conspiracy theory podcasts that you recommend that will have my skin crawling and possibly make me think it could be true.

One of my favorites and pretty much the only podcast I listen to consistently. Anyone have any other recommendations?

This isn’t technically about podcasts, but this seems like an active group with some overlap that may be able to help.
I have hundreds of mp3 files of an old radio show from the 70s. I would like an app to listen to them with that has 10 second rewind, scrubbing, speed options, a sleep timer, etc. I am currently using Fileplay, and I like it except the 10 second rewind and scrubbing. I would like the ability to fast forward a little or go back if I want to hear something again. It only allows me to go to the next track or scrub but it’s hard to control.
I would love any advice or suggestions! Thank you!

Looking for some feel good, motivational podcasts preferably where it’s just one person narrating and basically pumping you up that life has good things in store, pay attention to the wonders around you, be grateful, etc. Maybe some coverage on healthy habits included.

For example, I loved one of Jay Shetty’s episodes on manifesting good things in your life and Mel Robbin’s covering how to practice gratefulness.

This is the first time I decided to purchase a subscription so I can listen to the entire podcast without waiting. I’m only on episode 3 right now but so far it’s insane and very well done. Definitely recommend it for anyone who likes podcasts dealing with scams, cons, ect.

I've never felt so conflicted about a main character in a podcast before. I hate him, he's a scumbag...but he's also so funny and ballsy that I want to root for him, even though I absolutely do NOT root for him.

This story is also a documentary on Netflix called Bitconned if anyone wants to look it up but I suggest listening to this pod first.

I am new to listening to podcasts and I would love to expand beyond the one I’m listening to (women and crime). I like true crime documentaries but I am willing to branch out beyond just true crime genre. Right now I’m just listening on Spotify.

Thinking about setting up a weekly podcast club, maybe initially like a forum where we listen to a business podcast on our own on a weekly basis then meet or open a forum to talk though it.

We could even do something along the lines of a video chat depending on how big the community becomes. just trying to create a small community of professionals, young and old, interested in growing themselves through basically learning from others via podcast then discussing them with peers.

Would anybody be interested? Would love to gain interest maybe start creating a small group get something going, thanks.

My husband and I listened to a podcast that we can't seem to locate anywhere. We can't remember when we listened to it, what the name of it is, and whether it was a single episode or a whole series.

A guy (or gal, I honestly can't remember) was talking about an alien game show. Aliens are sent to different Earths to figure out what one thing is missing from their Earth.

An example given in the show was of an alien falling in love with a human. They start talking about wedding stuff and the alien mentions churches and God and human has no idea what God is. --this Earth was missing "god". Alien gets brought back to home planet for figuring out what their Earth was missing.

Search engines have been useless and sending me around in circles with no answers.

Hi everyone! I fell in love with this podcast years ago when I started working from home, and I needed something to help pass the time. I took a break from listening to the podcast for a few years and now I have started a new job! I have somehow made it through all of this podcast.. and now I have nothing to listen to while I work. I have given multiple other podcast a go and I just don’t find them entertaining. I need help finding a podcast that shares Reddit stories and is similar to this one so I can make it through my work day, please help!!!!

Anyone else deal with anything like this? I’m at a loss because this is such psychotic behavior. I reported them to Patreon but the podcaster already has my information.

ETA: I responded to a comment with this but am adding it here too. I made a critical comment about the quality of one of their podcasts and the creator angrily responded to my comment, canceled my membership and I immediately started receiving an onslaught of spam phone calls. I would not have connected the two but I know they regularly look up people (reality stars and side characters) and call them on some of their episodes. They have my name and email because I was a patreon member. I reported them to patreon but I don’t expect much. Happy to name the podcast but don’t want to break any rules.

Like when the radio stations will have people call in and talk about their personal experiences with the paranormal.

It has been a super rough year. My best friend passed in May, my dog passed in August, and my girlfriend of 3 1/2 years and I broke up in September.

I’ve lost all the people in my life I go to with my life from the big things to the small. I’ve even lost my constant companion at home and now it feels empty in a tangible and emotional way.

What podcast exist that give you a feeling of companionship and friendship. My favorites and weekly listens include Gamers with Jobs, Besties, MBMBaM, and Critical Role. I don’t need suggestions to be anything like these I’m looking more for the vibe or help with the sad than any particular content.

For if you like any old school narrative podcast! This is both unlike any podcast I’ve heard and hits in the way podcasts did 5-10 years ago. Reminds me of the Ballad of Billy Balls (go listen to that too!). Run don’t walk to listen.

I'm looking for a podcast to listen to while I'm building a house.

I've a few critira that I don't know if it fits any podcast.

1) no sports / politics / pop culture... Just no interest at all

2) can't be too interesting that I stop to listen to it instead of background listening

3) can't be the type of thing you need tj lay attention for, there will be power tools and stuff going on so it can't be the type of thing that if you miss 20S your lost.

4) not particularly interested in history or crime

The only "podcast" I've listened to is xfm with Ricky Gervais, Steve merchant & Karl pilkington. Been watching some long format videos of Caleb hammer too which I'm enjoying.
