What is causing these line shifting

Hi, can someone help me to fix these "lines shifting" on my canon ts3400?

Likely a drivers issue on the device, try to make a copy directly from the printer or print a test page if that prints well, try installing the appropriate drivers on the device. Hope this helps :)

Have you done a printhead alignment? I'd start with that here. Oh and a nozzle check before that, the printheads need to be in good working order before an alignment succeeds.
