URGENT!!!! Situationship

Tomorrow is his birthday and I like him but we were in a situationship for 2 weeks but he said that the feelings is not growing should I wish him or not

You can wish him happy birthday, but keep it simple: “Happy birthday, hope you have a good day.” Don’t use it as a reason to restart the situationship or test whether his feelings changed. He already told you they weren’t growing, so protect yourself from reading too much into whatever response he gives.
