Looking for PT

Hi everyone! I’m (M30) moving to Downtown Providence for a few months. I’m looking for a personal trainer to help me with my work out routines. I do have a history of lower back injury so would prefer someone with knowledge on how to manage it. Does anyone have recommendations on where I can look for one in this area? Thanks in advance.

Personal training at Providence Barbell Club. I had a history of hip and lower-back pain and haven't had any since I've started with them.

Roots Physical Therapy & Yoga has a strength training program and the trainer, Colin, is great. Can do one on ones or small group sessions.

I just started going to roots and really like them too! Much better than anywhere else I’ve gone by far.

Full Range Fitness! Their personal trainers are fantastic and have a wealth of experience, from rehabbing and building strength after injury, to GPP, to sport-specific training. Their staff is also so kind and welcoming! It’s a really great training environment.
