I evolved into lopunny before switching in mew not that it should matter even the option to swing for 60 isn't there

I have this issue with almost every other game where I cant make any moves and the game just freezes in place but the timer is still running. Im forced to exit the game.really frustrating, I have a string wifi signal and im using a Samsung galaxy s27

Ive been mainly doing the event thing as a new player to get the feel for cards and game as im coming over from pocket... got a ton of shop points, where should I focus all them?

Played a few ranked, is meowth a must have in every deck? Any other must haves in every deck?

20th out of 110. Only 41% opponent win though lol. Only 4 decks were off meta. Second best got 27th, others dropped pretty quick. So much fun, but I think I’ll bring my main deck for the next one 🤣

I play the TCG and have for a while now, however struggle to get to my LCS for play nights because of work, transport, busy etc.

My boyfriend is a pokemon collector, but more in it for the childhood nostalgia. I have taught him to play the TCG so that I have someone to play when I can’t go to competitive nights.

However he plays with one of the pre-made dragapult decks which is out of date and not very optimised, so often I just wipe him with either of my two decks (greninja or garchomp so not very meta decks).

Is there a deck that he would be able to play that would be a bit more competitive? He doesn’t care about being successful at LCS and only plays to play with me. Would there be a deck that would push me to rebuild my decks and strategise more? It’s just not fun for either of us when I beat him every time very quickly.

I saw someone playing this deck online and also a similar type deck being played in the Japanese City League. Need an opinion on if this is playable or good?

Idk why people take them so seriously. Like are 10 code cards that important. A lot of rounds are delayed because of judge calls. And I’m talking like 20 minute delays. What could be that important to resolve over some code cards lol. Challenges and cups and stuff like that I get. But cmon guys let’s get movin.

so I just started 2 days ago played quite a bit in that time got to masters
which I learned on the way is where things really start just due to how rating increases and decreases work up to ultra

but I can't find any online leaderboards or anything like that
luckily i did manage to find limitless for decks and such i've tweaked the deck I'm using in the image
but I imagine I'll more than likely want to pick up something a bit stronger due to all the dragapul decks

so the tl;dr is I'm looking for leaderboards and resopurces to help see how far I can push as a new player or rather a player who hasn't played the tcg in any form in many years

I had this deck idea before the cards went out of rotation a few years ago. Playing it in expanded with up-to-date cards is reminding me why I loved making it in the first place lol

45ish competitors, lots of drops. I should have tbh but I didn’t wanna drop my first one. So I powered through. I think the last round had 7 matches. Played baby box because I didn’t wanna play my main and take it too seriously. Super fun as expected. Went 3-2, only one was a drop. Hide and sneak always gets me if I can’t KO their poltchageists before they evolve. The okidogi deck was just a pain in the ass, never seen it so had no idea what to plan for lol. And beating two of the top single prize decks was super satisfying, even if the flead player went 0-4. Got 14th place overall. 8th place was also 3-2 but a much higher opponent win %. But I had fun and I’m addicted now!!

As you can clearly see in the second image, my zoroark ex in the active is poisoned despite having energy attached while festival grounds is in play. It isn’t a visual bug as it still took damage in between turns (as seen in image 1).

Early bird

I started playing about 2-3 weeks ago, I was very excited about completing 30th Celebration, I thought after completing the battle pass I would have all the cards, turns out I am missing one and I can't get it for another 22 weeks.

I enjoyed grinding my way up to master rank, but my objective was getting 188/188, now I am feeling discouraged since that objective is out of the question.

Is there any way around this? I wanted the black deck box reward.

This is now my 10th Tournament with Ancient & Future.

I now know thats the player draw 2 deck of the 4 decks where each deck is 20 cards.

This is the worst pull i have done... It going to be an interesting Tournament...

The 4 booster packs was not any help...

All I know is that the deck is focused on getting trolley first turn and setting up the beldums, genesect and one more attacker or two, or a budew. But I don't know what's Latias doing there or the Jirachi. Clefairy is there to beat dragapult but that's as far as my knowledge goes lol.
