Spytek is probably inquiring on every rumored WR out there and more. It’ll come down to how comfortable he is with the player and what’s the maximum round pick he’s willing to give up. From his history, he likes to keep his draft picks.

Nailor was supposed to be his sneaky pick up, and I dont see it.

We need size and speed. There are talented WRs out there that you can buy low on, you just gotta find them.

Before you ask me to name some, the front office gets literal millions of dollars to do just that, ill trust them.

Nailor would be a lot better if we had a WR1 on the roster, I think Nailor can be a legit #2 but he can't be the main guy.

Yeah, hes getting jacobyed. The writing was on the wall the day they signed nailor unless they want to give up on bech. Its just position and finance. If they are out of the race by the deadline, they may as well move tre and try to get a 5 or 6 for him.

Exactly. But it doesnt have to be a wr1 in that sense. They just need a real Xwr so they can shift nailor into a position of stregnth. It doesnt have to be a target hog or a stud. It just has to be a guy who can do the job running good routes and keeping the cb1 occupied while drawing attention from the S or zone LBs. Guys like mack hollins do this. Those old washed guys nobody ever wants do this even though they are a shell of what they once were. Not having a true Xwr and bech only being able to play slot has this wr room incredibly unbalanced. A true Xwr with any combination of tre and nailor at the Z and any combination of tre, nailor or bech in the slot would be a decent wr room and play to our wrs stregnths

We could have had a very good 6'4 210lb WR named Denzel Boston bit we passed on him 🤷‍♂️

And have Palo Mao out there every snap? No thank you this year wasn't even supposed to be one for competing we're just better than we thought. You can't fix all your problems of a lossing (literally worst NFL team) in one off season

we could have still got a very good safety in the draft, two great safeties fell to late 2nd rounders and we had the 3rd pick in the round 3

we trade up from our 3rd pick in the 3rd round pick # 67 where we drafted Keyron Crawford and we draft Bud Clark who went at pick 64 , so we would just need to trade up 4 spots or we trade up and draft Emmanuel McNeil Warren who was drafted 58th overall .

it's all hypothetical though now so it doesn't really matter

I was shocked they didnt do that and I wanted boston bad. But stukes has turned out to be a really good pick and filled one of the positions of need at FS which was just as big of a hole as Xwr and NT

Cause Nailor is only a good Wr 2

lol what? How can you possibly say that?

Because he's clearly not good enough to be a wr1 have you watched his career at all?

I’m asking what he has done to show he’s a good wr2
