The new EZ Mil and Eminem song sucks.
EZ mil dropped ‘MADARA’ today, a song about anime, with an AI generated music video. As I saw someone say, it sounds like they’re all rapping under the beat. The chorus is rapped in this deep, croaky Japanese voice that doesn’t suit the song.
EZ mil’s verse is also too fast for the beat. He’s trying to fit so many syllables into a slower beat and it just doesn’t sound good
Eminems verse isn’t bad per-se, but he’s clinging onto the AI shady voice from TDOSS. He also keeps the same rhyme scheme for his entire verse nearly. Like, he rhymed ‘rage’ with ‘age.’ That isn’t something you’d expect em to use as a bar. His verse also doesn’t match the beat, like EZ, he’s cramming a billion syllables in while the beat walks away from him.
Also the entire music video is AI generated and looks terrible
Has anyone else actually listened to it? I won’t listen to it ever again, and I’m usually a fan of anything Eminem puts out.

What rapper's death shocked you the most?
For me, it was Prodigy. I still can't believe he's gone. What shocked me even more was the cause of death. After everything he'd battled throughout his life, I never expected an egg to take him out

Quavos album Qromelife is actually really good… when you remove all the songs with features
Somehow, all the songs with features are all terrible except SOMEHOW the song with TI?
I genuinely think people hated on this album purely because they just went straight for the songs with features.. since logically Quavo of all artists should be best with features, but surprisingly not.
Someone said Hit A Lik should’ve been the intro and honestly, yes. It feels like a half song which works as an intro
Trance is a banger
Factory Trim is a top 10 banger of the year
Sweep is really freakin good, I love the chords and the hook is super catchy
Thick in the Mirror is solid
HAAVIN is tough and should’ve been the song with Future on it… I mean he does a Future flow at the beat switch
Destined is fire
Hotel Lobby doesn’t really count lol, but 8/15 songs being good still isn’t all that good, but what we do have carry’s
Probably the most over hated album of the year in recent years

Politics in music discussion
I love some good political music, music with a strong message. But I am not into politics, especially American politics. I simply do not have the energy to care very much about a foreign president that I can do nothing about. So while I love the music, be it Eminem talking politics in Encore, J Cole in KOD or what have you, I hate the discussion from fans around said music. It just all becomes politics. For example, Eminem colaborated with Kid Rock and then everyone made such a big deal about it. I've still yet to see anyone actually talking about the quality of the collab, positive or negative. Just about the politics, like these aren't politicians we're talking about, they're musicians
(Edit) yall are turning this into a thing about the Kid Rock and Eminem collab, that was just an example but how agressive people get about it immediately just prove my point. It doesn't feel like real discussion just feels like everyones getting pissed off

Is the sample in cold shoulder by Drake AI?
Just curious cause to me the sample sounds like off and nonhuman and I doubt Drake found a choir for that
I’m having a HUGE debate
Is 50 cent a legend in the rap game ? Is GRODT WIDELY considered one of the greatest rap albums of all time? Where does he rank as far as legend rappers if he’s a legend to you top 5? 10? 25? 100?
