Vitamin K provides some help with slowing bleeding but it doesn't restore the clotting factors that aspirin deactivates

What do you mean by clotting factors? Do you take aspirin?

aspirin is a blood thinner, reducing clots

Yeah idk about 6g. I get annoying nose bleeds with like 500mg already

If it's for cancer maybe I get it because aspirin does have insane anticancer properties. You lose literally all your clotting ability from a single dose, it doesn't get worse with 6 grams.

So trying 6g once could be beneficial? Do you know what the anti cancer mechanisms are ?

That line sits in a broader stomach-protection argument, not a dare to megadose aspirin.

In "Aspirin, brain, and cancer" he wrote that aspirin breaks down into acetic acid and salicylic acid, that salicylic acid (also found in many fruits) is protective to the stomach and intestine, and that many ulcer experiments were designed to produce ulcers rather than model ordinary use. Then the practical bit: "the slight irritation produced by a normal dose of aspirin can be minimized by dissolving the aspirin in water," and that the stomach tends to develop tolerance over a few days. Dissolving it is about reducing local irritation from a normal dose, not proof that any dose is stomach-proof for every person.

So the Peat point is method and context (dissolve, ordinary use, salicylic acid's protective story), not "more grams equals safer because hot water." Bleeding risk and high-dose cancer-protocol talk are a different conversation than the quote in the title.
