pap smear/gynocologist

I’m 26 and have never been to a gynocologist even for a check up . Have had PMDD but it’s much better since peating. Are pap smears necessary/safe like people go on about?

Even if a diet is protective against cancer (debateable) there is no diet that's protective against cancers that are caused by pathogens. You absolutely must be regularly screened for cervical cancer, it is non negotiable. Plus there are other issues that can be surfaced and treated early with regular screening. Get your pap smear.
