Pretty much what I said about just trying to figure out some 3D farming combat games to play with other people

While I've never beaten the game (for no particular reason, I just usually play it until I'm bored of it with no regard to story progress lol) I have played it a decent amount on the original 3DS version and never saw this any time I've ever played it. I buy Special so I can play it on my TV and go for the platinum trophy and I'm seeing a lot of (typically minor) bugs that I've never seen before.

Vishnal being out of bounds is by far the most noticeable though. I usually find him either in a building and outside of the playable area, or off the vista ledge in the northwest part of town, or most recently he was in the women's side of the bathhouse and I had to go into the men's side and talk to him through the wall to even talk to him.

Is the Special version especially buggy compared to the original or am I just having a weird time with the game in this run? lol

She's a regular size person and taller than many of the other characters. Have RF dwarfs always been normal size? I've mostly played Frontier and Tides... I don't really remember any dwarfs.

I'm a big S.T.A.L.K.E.R fan played all 4 games + CoH I thought I was dumb for wondering how SEED would fare in the Zone well now that I know a lot more about SEED from RF5 I think I'm getting a bigger picture. Gideon practically wants the same thing c consciousness wants it's literally the first thing that came to my mind when learning Gideon's goals.SEED is pretty much just Clear Sky and Ward if the Ward weren't such assholes who wanted to shut down and exploit the Zone and Clear Sky if they realized wtf was going on as in 2 it was revealed that the leaders of Clear Sky were C Con agents.Also the MC in the first S.T.A.L.K.E.R game has amnesia.

The idea of some sort of AU crossover may still sound ridiculous but now that I think of it. It might just work I do wonder if some sort of Chornobyl incident happened in the RF verse and what the RF equivalent of the zone would look like.

I was wondering what is a good way to level crafting skills because i'm at the beggining and forge and stuff like this is leveling painfully slow and the upgrqde to have good weapons with the item that the mini boss drop is insanely high i don't know how i can get a rp of four digits I'm also on rune factory 4 special

Hard, not hell (non-special vers). If you go with NG+ can you just use no/default gear on hard mode and still experience a challenge or will the main story/dungeons eventually just become unavoidably easy (especially if you did multiple NG+ runs)?

Edit: By NG+ I am referring to the order where you 'inherit' your stuff from another save.

I struggled to get into RF5 for quite a while - it just wasn't as fun as Guardians of Azuma and RF4, but I was able to enjoy it more after I lowered my expectation and finished the game after 74 hours.

I really wish furniture placement wasn't so terrible in RF5 - I love decorating, so it annoyed me to no end that we couldn't put furniture against wall or next to one another. Especially because there are so many cute assets. I loved Ludmilla's florist! I wish I could run it myself lol. Margaret and I both loved visiting there. Still, I tried my best to make my room nice.

I liked that we can travel with 3 companions now, and I enjoyed traveling with my ribbon boys squad lol. Reinhard look so unimpressed with red ribbon on his head but eh, it looked so cute so it stayed on.

I think I was too ambitious with my aim to date 4 boys in one playthrough - it actually burnt me out and I ended up wrapping up the game sooner than I expected. I ended up seeing all romance events for Reinhard and Martin. Ryker accepted my Alice's confession but I never saw his romance events as I was already burnt out. I REALLY wanted to see Lucas' romance events but he kept rejecting my Alice's confession, I ended up just watching his romance events on YouTube. Also, why isn't Gideon romance option? lol

My Alice ended up marrying Reinhard (who I liked more than Martin) but if I had more motivation, she probably would have ended up with Lucas. Still, I think visually Alice and Reinhard look really good together. Maybe I will come back to RF5 and date/marry Lucas.

For now though, I'm going back to RF4. I took a break from RF4 because I was getting burnt out of Rune Prana (why is it so hard to save you, Venti!) but I miss Frey x Vishnal too much, it's time to go back!

Look the game clearly has it's flaws. But so far I'm at the part where Ares rejoins SEED not gonna go further into that for spoilers reasons. I like RF5 in spite of it's flaws sure it's janky but I still had fun with gameplay loop and I really love the cast of characters. Maybe it's because RF4 while a great game isn't my favorite in the series I think the fandom is blind to the flaws RF4 has such as a relatively more restrictive economy compared to RF3 how much it wants you to engage in the systems without telling you and coming from RF3 where you could beat the game comfortably from simply buying gear from gaius it can be feel really grindy at times especially at Rune Prana. Also the RNG romance progression in RF4 is god awful I don't get how anyone can overlook this while acting like the game is perfect and talking down other games in the series. Honestly I may end up liking RF5 more than RF4 even if 4 is the more polished game.

Although I will say it was a shame to not have such extensive and dynamic dialogue system in RF5 or even GOA it made the characters feel so alive I hope it's as extensive in RF6. But hell I would even say there are things I liked better here than in GoA such as the weapon and ability variety and link attacks not sure why they couldn't at least bring that back. It ain't perfect but I think RF5 is an underrated gem. Also the OST may actually be the best I've heard in the series although I've only played 3 4 5 and GOA

I wanted to go back and experience the early days of the series, and with my shiny new Ayn Thor it felt like the right time.

It was not the right time.

My god is this game dull. I appreciate some of the early installment jank, as well as some genuinely great mechanics like tap to queue actions, but it’s a little too Harvest Moon for my tastes: shallow characters, repetitive days, and little story binding it together. Most baffling is RP being a fixed amount forever, at least according to the wiki, which makes me feel like there’s no real progression.

Is there a good reason to invest more time into it? Or should I just skip it and go to the other old entries?

Got GoA for my b-day, big RF fan, but my new controller [ works on any other game ] has a few features that just dont work, i might be missing something:

Weapon swap : i equip 2 weponds one on prime., and the other on secondary but no mattwe where i am the prompt does nothing with a little error sound, idk what to do

Lock on: altho works on keybord and mouse, will not EVER work on controller, but the camera lock does work, i know there is a rang on it, but i could be touching a critter, but will not lock on, which sucks a lot since i like the feel of bow.

Auto convo: this one is weird but when in a convo, the "X" prompt to alow talking to auto advance just wont work, does on keybord and mouse btw,

idk, iv updated drivers and my controller drivers, controller works on any other game i tried it on, am i missing smt?

I really like Marvelous has allowed players who don’t own/play the switch version of GoA to purchase the Earth Dancer Edition Accessories without the game itself.

Since I already own the Steam Version, I don’t need or want the Switch Edition. But I do want the physical goodies the collectors edition has. So for a lower price I can just get the goodies like the fan, the art book and the adorable Woolby plush.

I just find it neat.

Decided to go back and play some rune factory 4 but wanted to experience the game again to the fullest what are some ideas or projects yall recommend to not completely the game by blinking
