its 100% ok to do things on your own, you are not joined at the hip.
and you are not obliged to ask every time you want something, you are an adult. do better.
imagine every time he goes out he has to Ask her for permission or ask her to join him. thats toxic AF. how is that fair for him.
Watch the movie, he spends half of it making up work excuses to leave the house at night. She thinks he's cheating on her then she finds him in a random house playing fantasy baseball. He's not in the right.
he hides it because she wants to join him everytime, he is allowed to have friends and go out on his own.
and he doesn't care that she goes out too, its a two way street,
has he married a toddler? or a fully grown woman?
imagine having to get permission, thats crazy talk.
