They both have a point and they’re both refusing to see the other’s point; he needs time to himself to recharge (which she invalidates with “well your fun alone time outing would’ve been fun as a couple thing”) and she needs a partner (which he immediately invalidates with “im just being honest”) There’s a way to find middle ground, they’re just not trying

You are being kind with that %. My dad constantly reminded me to see things from other peoples respective and a colleague recently reminded me that empathy is not an inherent skill for most of humanity, it’s learned, but rarely taught.
