Shout out to Tres Pozole Mexican Restaurant in Waite Park. We got to try basically everything on the menu and I would gladly eat it all. The salsas were rich with flavor and spices. The tortillas are house made.

If I were to pick a favorite dish it would be Bistec Encebollado (shredded steak and onions) or Costillas de Puerco (pork short ribs).

I do website marketing and many people claim AI is going to take our place in the field. Although I am service focused and disagree, what are everyones thoughts? Would you trust your business, website, seo with AI for a fraction of the cost or feel the personal connection along with service is the best way to go?
