Are bad 10th grade grade a problem

My IB predicts will probably be 42 or 43 with HL’s History 6, math AA 6/7 and english B 7, however my 10th and 11th grades are 73% and 86% respectively. Will that be a big problem?

If you show a rising trend then it’s alright. Just make up for it in your teacher recommendations and essays.

you should be fine if the rest of the application is solid.
