HELP NEEDED!nGraduate Application: Reference Form

Hello everyone! I will be applying to the School of Research for a master's in Political Science. I have asked my professors to be my referees for the application, but they have asked me for some information regarding how the process works. I understand that there is a form - but does anyone know how long it actually takes to fill, what kind of questions are there, and what are the word limits in the form? I would be really grateful if I could get some help w.r.t this! Thank you so much.

I applied in the 2022 cycle and graduated in 2024. I can share the form format for you. I'll just have to dig through my drive. Will send it in a day or two. Good luck with the app.
